We headed to Chesham to view a car from a different dealer site and saw the advert from Motor City Sales whilst on our way there. The car from Motor City was a year older with a little more mileage. As we were only 10 minutes way, we decided to book a viewing and Javed was able to accommodate us to have a test drive on the same day. From the moment we arrived to look at the car, Javed was friendly and professional. The car was in pristine condition, and as described in the advert. The paperwork was thorough and accurate; Javed also explained the warranty that comes with the car . We never felt pressured by him at any time. We returned the next day to complete the purchase and pick up the car. As we were travelling from far, Javed was flexible with the pick up time, which was very much appreciated. All communication was clear and prompt during the entire process. Javed is a true professional and I would definitely recommend Motor City Sales to others.

Living in Belfast meant that access to a comprehensive range of images through MCS' video presentation and photos was very important - these were extensive, high quality and, importantly, a true representation of the car with no attempt to disguise anything. Backing this up was Javed's equally honest and detailed feedback on the car's history. In my experience, a lot of dealers simply don't know their stock, are less than honest, or can't be bothered with the hassle, not Javed. The icing on the cake was an offer to pick me up at Luton Airport which I gratefully accepted, that's the level of customer service you can expect from MCS. A super buying experience that would give me absolutely no hesitation in recommending Javed and MCS to any perspective buyer.

Great experience from the moment I saw the car advertised, to moment I picked up the keys, Javed was so patient, answering all my questions, over email and over the phone, I then drove one hour to the garage, he let me test drive and talked me through every detail of the car, I looked through all the paper work, he explained the silver warranty package that came with my car, and I even checked out some of his other Cars available as they were all so nice, he has some good looking vehicles. I needed a little time to think after seeing the car and he didn't add any pressure, like a lot big car garages do. I went back the next day, and bought the car, now the happy owner of an Audi TT 😊 The condition of the car has been kept so well and the paintwork looks new, the car drives beautifully and the warranty is an added bonus.
